POSTAGE & DELIVERY : Please note that delivery is not free.

RETURNS ,REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES :  We take care in ensuring that our products gets to you in perfect condition. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, we would be happy to exchange or issue a full refund as long as it is within 7 days of receiving the product, and unpackaged. Please note that products must be returned in their original package as received and unopened in their original condition.

PROOF OF PURCHASE IS ALSO REQUIRED.

REQUESTING A  REFUND : Once product is returned to us in their original state, we will arrange for a full refund. You can either choose a refund or an exchange in a new purchase. All refund of your money will be payed in the same way you paid for the items. By PayPal or credit card: your money will go back on the same card. If purchased on an offer price, please note that your refund will be on that promotional price.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS : Please note that our guarantee in this policy does not affect your statutory rights.

ORDERING : The time slot of posting would be agreed on with you when you place the order. Please note that whilst we make every effort to have your order posted to you on time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or full due to circumstances beyond our control.
